By creating an account or using ZiStock, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The Service

ZiStock provides inventory management and point-of-sale software as a subscription service. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Business owners are responsible for the accounts they create for their staff.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly. Payments are currently confirmed manually; your subscription is activated once payment is verified. We reserve the right to suspend access for accounts with lapsed payment, without deleting your data.

5. Your Data

You own the business data you enter into ZiStock. We store it to provide the service to you and do not sell it to third parties.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other businesses' data, or use ZiStock for unlawful purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

ZiStock is provided "as is." We work to keep the service reliable and your data safe, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ZiStock after changes means you accept the updated terms.
